By using this website or purchasing V Ceramics products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase our products.
2. About V Ceramics
V Ceramics is a distributor (not manufacturer) of ceramic and graphene car coatings, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, operating as a sole proprietorship. V Ceramics is Udyam-registered under Indian MSME rules (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-TS-09-0267778) and is not currently registered under GST, being below the applicable GST registration threshold — no GSTIN is issued at this time.
3. Use of This Website
This site is provided for informational purposes — to describe our product range, tiers, and pricing, and to let you reach us. We do not currently operate online checkout; all orders and enquiries are handled directly by phone or email.
4. Product Information & Pricing
- MRP shown on this site is inclusive of applicable taxes at the time of publishing and is subject to change without notice.
- Dealer, detailer, and bulk pricing differs from retail MRP and is quoted separately on request.
- Our formulations are positioned specifically for Indian weather conditions and are sold within India only.
5. Warranty
Each product tier carries a stated warranty period — 2 to 4 years depending on tier — against defects in the material and manufacture of the coating itself under normal use. Within that period we will replace product found to be defective, or refund the price paid for it, at our option.
The warranty applies where:
- the product was bought from V Ceramics or an authorised dealer, and proof of purchase can be produced;
- it was applied in line with the published application instructions for that tier, on a correctly prepared surface;
- the aftercare guidance for that tier has been followed.
The warranty does not cover: damage from accident, impact, stone chips, collision or vandalism; chemical or mechanical damage from automatic car washes, abrasive polishes, harsh solvents or acidic wheel cleaners; damage from failure to follow the aftercare guidance; paint defects, clear-coat failure, rust or damage originating in the vehicle’s own paintwork rather than the coating; resprays, panel replacement or any work carried out over the coating by a third party; or normal gradual wear of the coating over its stated life.
To make a claim, contact us at hello@vceramics.in with your proof of purchase, the batch number on the bottle, and photographs of the affected area. This warranty is given in addition to, and does not take away from, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product names, formulation tier names, logos, and design — is the property of V Ceramics unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
7. White-Label / Private Label Program
Our private-label manufacturing program (minimum order 20 bottles per SKU, pricing on request) is governed by a separate agreement executed directly with each partner, which takes precedence over these general terms for that arrangement.
White-label orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Private-label stock is produced to your specification — your brand name, your artwork, your label and packaging — and cannot be sold to anyone else. Once you have approved the artwork and confirmed the order in writing, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund can be issued, whether or not production has already begun.
Artwork is your responsibility. We supply bottle dimensions, label specifications and the regulatory information that must appear, and we will flag anything we notice. The final artwork you approve is what we print. Errors within approved artwork — spelling, logo version, colour reference, claims or contact details — are not grounds for a refund or a free reprint.
Damaged or defective stock is replaced, not refunded. If white-label stock reaches you damaged, leaking, short-shipped or defective, we will replace the affected units at our cost. To raise a claim you must send us a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened, beginning with the sealed outer box and the shipping label clearly visible, within 48 hours of delivery. Without that footage a transit claim cannot be settled with the courier and cannot be approved. In every case the remedy is replacement of the affected units — a refund is not available on white-label orders.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including for goods that are defective or not as described.
8. Orders, Shipping & Delivery
This website does not take orders or payments. Orders are placed directly with us by phone, WhatsApp or email, or through a dealer.
Shipping is handled by our delivery partner, Shiprocket, which arranges the courier, generates tracking and manages delivery and returns. Delivery timelines quoted by us are estimates based on Shiprocket's serviceability for your PIN code and are not guaranteed dates; delays caused by the courier network, weather, strikes or incorrect address details are outside our control.
Recipient name, delivery address and contact number are collected and processed by Shiprocket for the sole purpose of delivering the product to the end customer. Please see our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns pages for details.
Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and report visible damage or a short shipment to us within the window set out in the Shipping & Returns page.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our coatings are professional-grade products intended for application by trained detailers following the provided guidance. Application is carried out by you or by the detailer you choose, and we have no control over surface preparation, working conditions or technique.
To the extent permitted by law, V Ceramics is not liable for loss or damage arising from improper or incomplete surface preparation; application outside the published instructions or in unsuitable conditions; use of non-approved products, tools or methods alongside our coating; failure to follow the aftercare guidance; or work carried out on the vehicle by any third party after application.
Where we are liable, our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use of the vehicle, or the cost of alternative transport.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. Nothing in this clause affects a consumer’s statutory right to bring a complaint before the consumer forum having jurisdiction where they reside or work.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
