1. Introduction
V Ceramics ("we", "us", "our") distributes ceramic and graphene car coatings across India from Hyderabad, Telangana. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, browse our website, or work with us as a dealer or white-label partner, and how we use it.
2. Information We Collect
This website does not collect anything. There are no accounts, no login, no checkout, no payment collection and no forms that submit data to us. Nothing you do on these pages is recorded or sent anywhere.
The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us directly:
- Contact details you give us yourself — your name, phone number or email address — when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp about products, dealer pricing or white-label manufacturing. That information sits in the ordinary phone, WhatsApp or email record of the conversation you started.
- Business details you send us as a dealer or white-label partner, such as your firm's name, address and GST number, so we can raise an invoice and ship to you.
We do not collect or hold delivery data ourselves. Shipping addresses and delivery contact numbers for end customers are collected and processed by our delivery partner, Shiprocket, for the sole purpose of delivering the parcel — see section 5.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to enquiries about products, pricing, stock, and white-label manufacturing.
- To process and fulfil orders placed through dealer or distributor channels.
- To improve our website and product range.
- To send order-related or dealer-related communication. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking or advertising tools. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not know who has visited these pages.
The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them; that request is handled by Google under its own privacy terms and returns nothing to us. If we ever add analytics, this section will name the tool before it goes live.
5. Delivery & Our Logistics Partner
Orders are shipped through Shiprocket, our delivery partner. Where a delivery address, recipient name and contact number are needed to move a parcel, that information is collected and processed by Shiprocket solely for the purpose of delivering the product to the end customer — generating the shipping label, handing the parcel to the courier, providing tracking, and arranging redelivery or return where required.
Shiprocket processes that data under its own privacy policy and its agreements with the courier companies it uses. We do not maintain a separate customer database built from it, and we do not use delivery information for marketing.
Beyond that:
- We never sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We may share information where required by Indian law or in response to a valid legal request.
6. Data Retention
Because we run no database, no CRM and no website analytics, there is very little to retain. Enquiry messages and business correspondence stay only in the ordinary phone, WhatsApp or email record of that conversation, for as long as the enquiry or business relationship is live, plus whatever period Indian tax and company law requires us to keep invoices and dealer records.
Delivery data is retained by Shiprocket under its own retention terms, not by us.
7. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@vceramics.in — in practice this means the record of your enquiry or your dealer account, since that is all we hold.
For information held by Shiprocket in connection with a delivery, requests should be directed to Shiprocket under its own privacy policy. We will help you identify the relevant shipment if you contact us.
8. Children's Privacy
Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
